• ReNude Laser Tattoo Removal Gold Coast Black Friday Sale is conducted by ReNude Gold Coast Pty Ltd 6466087186 of shop 311/11 Sunshine Parade, Miami QLD 4220 trading as ReNude Laser Tattoo Removal Gold Coast and will be referred to as “the Promoter” herein.
• The Sale commences at 9 am on Tuesday November 16th 2021 and concludes at 5pm on Friday, November 26th 2021 AEST.
• Participation in the sale applies to all customers
  The Sale applies to individual sessions or treatment packages
  Customers may participate in the sale via the clinic or website (https://www.renudelasertattooremovalgoldcoast.com.au/)
• 50% off selected treatments apply regardless of whether the purchase is made online or in the clinic during the promotion period only.
• After pay and Zip pay arrangements are available, however, the payment must be made in full within 1 month and a 50% deposit is required upfront.
• All major payment methods are accepted including cash and zip pay.
• Any dispute relating to sale items will be determined by the Promoter, whose decision is final.
• Tattoo removal packages purchased can not be transferred or exchanged and cannot be redeemed for money.
• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no other correspondence will be entered into.
• The complimentary tattoo laser session will be applied only if the patient has tagged three additional friends in the Facebook and Instagram post prior to their tattoo laser removal package purchase
• All Federal and State laws and regulations apply to the Sale.
• Any personal information provided pursuant to the Sale by all customers may be used for future promotions or marketing by the Promoters
